Access your Ripco accounts online and around-the-clock using our free home banking service. Just click here or on the It’s Me 247 home banking icon near the upper right-hand corner of our home page (www.ripco.org) and you'll be taken to the sign-in screen. You'll need to know your Username (member account number) and your Password/PIN. If you need a PIN or require other assistance, simply contact our office (715-365-4800 or toll free 1-877-365-4800) and we'll be happy to help. Please Note: For security reasons, your browser must be capable of 128-bit encryption in order for you to use It’s Me 247. For more details on It’s Me 247 security, please click here. |

We are now offering additional security and more choices for your online account access via It’s Me 247. Your PIN will still need to be 6-10 alpha-numeric characters, and it is still case-sensitive. However, you will now be asked to answer one of your pre-selected Security Questions in addition to your Username/Member Number and PIN. If you have not yet set up Security Questions, you will be asked to do so the first time you log on after December 5, 2007. For the most secure PIN, we recommend that you use a combination of both letters and numbers. Please read the "Helpful Hints for Safe Passwords” on the sign-in screen for suggestions. REMEMBER: If your browser asks you if you want to save your password so that you do not have to enter it each time, we strongly recommend that you do not save your password on your browser. PIN's for ExpressLine audio response will continue to be four numbers only. |

Ripco’s Electronic Bill Payment service (EBP) is FREE* available to members with active Ripco share draft checking accounts in good standing. Click here for an enrollment form you can print, complete and either mail or deliver to Ripco. Once your enrollment is processed you will receive an e-mail telling you how to proceed, so it is very important that you supply us with a current, accurate e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be used only by Ripco Credit Union to communicate with you, and will not be shared with third parties. To ensure delivery of your EBP notifications, please add ripco@ripco.org to your e-mail “Contacts” or other list of unblocked e-mail accounts.

You'll love our free electronic account statements. E-Statements are safe, convenient and easy to use. Plus, you'll get an e-mail message letting you know when your statement is available much sooner than paper statements arrive in the mail. Signing up will be easy! Just log on to It’s Me 247 home banking, click on Managing - Personal Preferences and then choose E-statements. It is very important that you supply us with a current, accurate e-mail address and that you notify us of any changes to your e-mail address. To ensure delivery of your e-statement availability notifications, please add ripco@ripco.org to your e-mail “Contacts” or other list of unblocked e-mail accounts. If we are unable to deliver your E Statement notification via the e-mail address we have on file, you will be un-enrolled from the e-statement service.
