CU*EasyPay! The NEW way.the EASY way.to pay your bills.
We recently contracted to switch our stand-alone, separate sign-on bill payment service to our major data processing platform, which will allow you to pay your bills through our online account access/home banking provider “It’s Me 247”. You must have a Ripco Credit Union share draft acount in good standing in order to be eligible for CU*EasyPay!
Simply log in to It’s Me 247 and click on the “Pay My Bills” icon near the center at the top of your It’s Me 247 starting page. If you’re new to electronic bill payment, now is a perfect time to give it a try!
If you haven’t used It’s Me 247 online account access in the last 120 days, or if you’ve forgotten your sign on information, please contact our office so we can activate your account or reset your PIN.
Set up your payees in the new “Pay My Bills” area of It’s Me 247. Depending on how may payees you have, you may wish to just add payees as you pay individual bills, or you may choose to put them all in at once. In either case, please enter the information carefully to ensure accurate payment processing. We had hoped the conversion process would include an automatic transfer of this information, but several factors made that option impossible. We think you’ll find that this minor inconvenience is offset by the other features of this new service.
You will notice a difference in the timing of our online bill payments with the new system. Your payments will be deducted from your Ripco account on the day the electronic payment occurs or the check is scheduled to be presented. Previously you were advised to allow 5-10 days between the day your account was debited and the date your payee would actually receive the paper check or electronic presentation.
We will continue to provide free e-bill payment with the same transactions limits disclosed on your initial enrollment form. There will be no charge for initial enrollment and for the first 15 bills paid/checks issued via E-Bill Pay in any month. Thereafter, there will be a fee of $.50 per item for any bills paid/checks issued via E-Bill Pay in excess of 15 in any statement period (calendar month). If you do not use your E-Bill Pay service for 60 days, your enrollment may be cancelled due to inactivity.
If you have any problems with the new system or have questions, we will be happy to help. You may stop in our call any time during our regular lobby hours of 8:30 to 4:00 Monday through Wednesday, or 8:30 – 5:00 Thursday and Friday. We appreciate your membership, and thank you for using our electronic services.
It’s Me 247 Online Banking
Access your Ripco accounts online and around-the-clock using our free home banking service. Just click here or on the It’s Me 247 home banking icon at left and you'll be taken to the sign-in screen. You'll need to know your Username (member account number) and your Password/PIN. If you need a PIN or require other assistance, simply contact our office (715-365-4800 or toll free 1-877-365-4800) and we'll be happy to help.

E-Statements:
You'll love our free electronic account statements. E-Statements are safe, convenient and easy to use. Plus, you'll get an e-mail message letting you know when your statement is available much sooner than paper statements arrive in the mail.
Signing up will be easy! Just log on to It’s Me 247 home banking, click on Managing - Personal Preferences and then choose E-statements. It is very important that you supply us with a current, accurate e-mail address and that you notify us of any changes to your e-mail address. To ensure delivery of your e-statement availability notifications, please add ripco@ripco.org to your e-mail “Contacts” or other list of unblocked e-mail accounts. If we are unable to deliver your E Statement notification via the e-mail address we have on file, you will be un-enrolled from the e-statement service. Your e-mail address will be used only by Ripco Credit Union to communicate with you, and will not be shared with third parties.
